This 5.5 hour training is targeted toward teachers and directors who work in a licensed childcare center with children 0-3 years old. 

Participants will gain an overall understanding of ITERS-3 and its components while learning about the importance of interactions and language in the ITERS-3 tool. Upon completion, participants will be able to put into action their newly learned skills and immediately start improving their classroom quality!

This 5.5 hour training is ideal for teachers and adminstrators working in a licensed childcare or preschool program. 

Participants receive an overview of ECERS-3. Teachers will understand various components of the ECERS-3 scale, including physical environment requirements and children’s accessibility to materials. Emphasis will be placed on recognizing the importance of adult-child interactions in each subscale. 

A 3 hour training designed with all teachers, administrators, and program staff in mind. 

Participants will learn about trauma and how it can significantly impact a child's development, mental health, and learning. 

Participants will learn strategies to support children and families experiencing trauma by providing trauma informed care practices, which emphasize children's resilience, ensuring all children can be on a positive trajectory of growth and learning.

Guiding children's behavior starts with us! This 3 hour training was developed based on the need of teachers to be equipped with better guidance strategies, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. 

This training is designed for teachers and providers in early childcare learning environments. This training is focused on addressing and managing challenging behavior of children. Through activities and discussions, they will learn that challenging behavior is not just what the child is doing. 

There are many factors that affect the child’s behavior: adult’s response, interactions, relationships,  environmental arrangements, set up, and management of the environment needs to be adjusted in order for the child’s behavior to change.

This 2.5 hour training is geared toward teachers who work in a licensed childcare or preschool program with children 3-5 years old.

Participants will leave the training with many newly learned skills they can immediately implement into their classroom practice. 

This 2.5 hour training is designed for teachers in early childcare learning environment. 

This training is focused on this multi-faceted profession and what is required of a professional early childhood education teacher. In this training teachers will learn about quality indicators in an early childhood education environment and will develop an understanding of high-quality practices. 

Participants will learn about the four domains of professionalism. Through activities participants will be able to identify strategies in building positive coworker and family relationships.

A 4 hour training created for administrators and directors seeking an overview of Colorado Shines L3-5 indicators and the policies and procedures required to earn points. 

Participants will receive an overview of commonly missed indicators and learn tips and tricks on improving your policies and handbooks.
